Overview
This course teaches you how to set up, configure, update, and monitor an HPE ProLiant Gen11 server using HPE ProLiant Gen11 embedded management products.
Audience
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to learn more about how to use iLO and HPE embedded management products that comprise the iLO ecosystem to configure, monitor, manage, and update their server. The typical audience includes administrators, engineers, and consultants who will configure and maintain HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers.

This class covers HPE OneView functionality for compute products such as HPE ProLiant systems, HPE Apollo systems and HPE Superdome Flex. This class does not cover HPE Synergy or HPE BladeSystem. Students learn how to deploy, configure and use HPE OneView, including automation processes and integration with other components.
Audience
This course is for system, network and storage administrators, and consultants who manage and monitor an HPE environment. It is also a good fit for system architects anticipating the implementation of HPE OneView, and administrators that use HPE OneView to manage supported components (excluding HPE Synergy and HPE BladeSystem).
Prerequisites
Students need basic knowledge and experience with system and network administration, and an understanding of HPE ProLiant servers.

Overview
This course provides an overview of system components and practical experience working with the HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200. You learn how to use rack management controller (RMC) commands to retrieve hardware configuration, to power on and boot the server, configure auto power, install a supported operating system, monitor system performance with HPE Foundation Software (HFS) or the data collection daemon (DCD), and monitor log files.
Audience
This course is ideal for experienced system administrators, engineers, and consultants responsible for managing and monitoring HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200.
Prerequisites
Before attending this course, it is highly recommended you should have completed the Enterprise Linux System Administration (H7091S) or equivalent Linux, VMware® or Windows Server administration experience
Objectives
After completing this course, you should be able to:
Identify HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 components and component function
Use the RMC to configure, monitor, manage, and access server components and firmware
Interact with the Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) to configure boot parameters and manually boot server

Launch the Web GUI for the RMC
